How can I check my order status?

You can log back into your account via the website at any time to check your Order Status. Click on “My Account” at the top of our website and then go to the “Orders” page. From there, you’ll be able to see if your order is in process or has been shipped. Typically, it takes five business days from when your order is placed until it is ready to ship.

What is your quality guarantee?

We provide high-quality museum grade printing. The colors may vary and look different when printed compared to what’s on your computer screen, this is not abnormal.  See our customer satisfaction and return policy below for more detail.

I have a large commercial order. Can you give me an even bigger discount?

Yes! We love helping out on large commercial orders, contact us for your specific project needs.

Can I change my order? What is your Return Policy?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, simply contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include in your email:

  • Your name
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Your order number
  • Some pictures of the issue

Including these details will help us to resolve your issue quickly. Please allow a few business days for our team to review your order and get in touch with you.

We are unable to exchange or refund your order for customer created errors such as color differences between your computer and our professionally calibrated printing systems, typos and misspellings, poor image quality or low resolution, layout errors and missing images, mistakes in product design, content quality, product selection mistakes (i.e. product size or finish).

We cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage, or treatment.

We reserve the right to request that you return the product to us and at our discretion; offer an exchange or reprint; issue store credit for items not including shipping; take no action; or, on the rare occurrence (in that we have exhausted all possible solutions and cannot find a resolution), offer a refund. Please ensure the work is packaged appropriately and that it is protected. Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material.

What are the recommended file/artwork upload specifications?

There are several different file types and options we can work with. Here are some of the best ways to ensure your image has the highest quality:

Vector Files:
Line art is scalable to any size. It never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Because of this, it can be submitted at any size that is in proportion to your print size. 

Raster Files/Images:
Depending on the resolution and Pixel base, images like .JPG, .TIFF, .BMP, .PNG become blurry when enlarged. If submitting these files, please follow the guidelines below:

  • 100% scale (full-size output) at 100 dpi
  • 50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
  • 25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
  • 10% scale at 600-1200 dpi recommended

Thumbnail-sized jpg and gif files are not at a high enough resolution to use on large prints, so we do not recommend or use these.

File Tips:
Set the size in proportion to the exact size print you are ordering.

What are you able to print on?

You can choose to print your image on any number of our material substrates. Our direct printer allows us to take any image and place it onto a substrate with incredible quality and accuracy. See more about our available materials here.

Are there any cleaning tips you suggest or I should be aware of?

Our products can accept gentle cleaning and dusting with soft cleaning products. The images themselves should fare no issue with regular cleaning methods. However, we recommend no solvents on wood and canvas as the substrates may deteriorate faster.
